浙江大华科技的财务共享是一段充分考虑企业自身的业务流程,集合中国市场特点而进行的变革之旅。在魏美钟副总裁的领导下,大华科技通过信息系统、SaaS云平台的建设和财务共享服务模式,持续提升业务处理效率,财务中心人数占比从2.23%下降至1.09%,财务中心总费用占收入比例从0.37%下降至0.18%
除此之外,通过有效使用SaaS云平台上的大量数据资源,通过大数据分析,得到高附加值的、对决策和战略有帮助的深刻见解,大数据差旅规划,机票折扣率从0.72下降至0.56
魏美钟先生非常重视和第三方供应商的战略合作,以标准化和自动化发票处理流程,实现滴滴出行、携程商旅统一开票,费用处理效率提升234%
他将分享如何取得这些显著的成效,并更新为了持续降本增效,大华正在不断丰富的消费生态,及接入更多第三方消费平台的举措。

The finance shared services transformation of Zhejiang Dahua Technology is a journey that took into full account the organisation processes and characteristics of Chinese market. Led by Mr. Wei Meizhong, Dahua’s FSSC is built on a SaaS platform and has achieved significant improvement of operational efficiency so far. Percentage of SSC headcount has been saved from 2.23% to 1.09%.Cost is reduced from 0.37% to 0.18% of the revenue.
Utilizing the data in SaaS platform for data analytics, valuable business insights haven been extracted from the routine operations. For instance, bigger average discount of flight booking has been enjoyed from 28% off to 46% off after data analytics strategy for travel expense planning.
Moreover, Mr. Wei established strategic partnerships with several third-party vendors to standardise and automate invoice processing, such as Didi Chuxing and Ctrip. Efficiency of T&E processing cycle has been improved by 234%.

Mr. Wei Meizhong will explain how Dahua has achieved all these significant improvements and share the latest updates of their T&E system for continuous cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

After the transformation from business tax to value added tax, centralised verification for VAT invoices has become a key challenge for many local Chinese companies, especially for the large scale enterprises due to the significantly increased amount of invoice scanning and processing. Red Star Macalline is one of them.
Peter has rich experience in finance management and financial system implementation. He has led the team to build up the FSSC for Macalline since 2015. Facing the challenge of centralised verification for VAT invoices, he actively worked with the third party vendors and internal SSC team to figure out the best solution in market.
